Contribution: 

  • Lead draftsperson (Revit) for construction documents for completed apartment building

  • Created 3D, elevation, and plan renderings for iterative design and presentation

  • Coordinated and integrated consultant drawings and file transfers

  • Led modeling and drafting (Revit) of single family homes in design phase

  • Contributed to graphics and analytics for Final Development Plan submittal

  • Collaborated on continuing Master Planning

One of the last remaining parcels of land along Oakmont’s waterfront (1/4 mile) is a former steel mill site that is being transformed into seven distinct neighborhoods for living. Conveniently located 25 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh, the River’s Edge includes homes, apartments and condominiums. Each area has uniquely different views of the river, parks, wooded hills, tree lined streets and public spaces. Additional site features include a riverfront restaurant, a clubhouse, preserved natural open space, a new riverfront park, private boat docks, and walking trails. 

 

A wide variety of floor plans are available for each site to suit many lifestyles. Each building is designed to relate to public space, views of the river, yards and walkway paths.
